How do I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, simply email support@tylerpreston.com or call (512) 934-9412 to let us know what you need. 

What's the return policy?

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of the return delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When will I receive my order?

If using our standard free shipping rate, you will receive your order 2-8 days after it ships. Faster shipping can be selected at checkout for a fee. 

How do I make sure I order the right size?

You can review size charts for t-shirts in the image galleries for the items. Be sure to carefully measure before you buy. As the saying goes, "measure twice, order once."

Sunglasses are one-size-fits-most. 

Our two necklace options are hung on an 18" metal chain or an adjustable leather cord.
